Analyzing and translating business requirements into technology solutions that consider system performance, usability, quality, cross-system interdependencies, and scalability; Conducting research and appraising a variety of software products to Improve efficiency, planning, and delivery time; Developing integrated systems and installing & testing software applications to facilitate real-time tracking and inventory management; Modify and amalgamate software codes and test run before integrating the changes in the existing system; Operationally support the system to identify the technical problems and resolve any issues when arise; Implement and Monitor analytics, prepare reports and manuals to ensure the health of the system, and suggest ways to Reduce vehicle, navigation, transportation, and operations expenses; Maintain procedures to collect and document the requirements and ensure optimal productivity of the application.
