Hours: 35 hours/week
Wage: $16.50

Job Description:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Maintain inventory and records of food and supplies and equipment.
- Plan menus and determine size of food portions.
- Estimate food requirements and costs and order stock and food supplies.
- May cook custom orders for customers with food allergies.
- Hire and train kitchen staff.
- Supervise kitchen staff members.
- Prepare and cook special meals as instructed by chef.
- Clean and organize kitchen and work stations.
- Manage kitchen operations.
Employment Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School
1 – 2 years of related work experience required
