The services they provide consist of:

Residential Millwork; Commercial Millwork; Renovations & New Construction

The business has been expanding in recent years and the management needs for an experienced Cabinetmaker to join the team on a full-time basis.

The employer offers $21.00 /hour with Medical benefits. The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Languages

English

Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years

Transportation/Travel Information

Valid driver's licence

Fast-paced environment, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods

Personal Suitability

Organized, Excellent oral communication, Effective interpersonal skills, Accurate, Team player

Additional Skills

Instruct apprentices, Maintain clean and safe work environment

Area of Specialization

Cabinets, Built-in units, Furniture, Doors and door frames, Millwork, Furniture and cabinet remodeling

 Specific Skills

Study plans, specifications or drawings of articles to be made, or prepare specifications, Trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form complete unit and reinforce joints, Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain or polish to finished products; prepare and apply laminated plastics, Apply varnish, veneer, stain or polish to finished products, Operate woodworking machines and use hand tools to cut, shape and form parts and components, Repair or restyle wooden furniture, fixtures and related products.
