We have successfully provided training to businesses, schools and individuals. We have offered training in our classrooms, at offices and also at home.

Wage: $28.15 to $29.00 / hour

 Hours (each week): 32

 Location of work: 2550 Matheson Blvd E suite Unit 134, Mississauga, Ontario,L4W 4Z1

 Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

 Work Experience: 7 months or more experience in operations or administrative position needed. Some experience in leading or directing teams is an asset

 

 Job Duties:

• Responsible for operational activities: planning, directing, organizing and controlling of the schedule

• Build strong customer relationships by responding with a sense of urgency

• Evaluate and monitor department operations to ensure performance and services are being met and company compliance is fulfilled

• Service and manage contracts while being responsible for invoice control and budgeting

• Establish work schedules and procedures

• Requisition supplies and materials

• Train workers in duties and policies

• Resolve work related problems

• Responsible for employee oversight following HR policies and direction

• Drafts and submits daily end of shift report

• Makes recommendations to management on initiatives and programs to improve operations and works on those programs

• Other duties as assigned

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Must have intermediate computer literacy
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written/oral communication
  • Decision Making and Judgment is valued
