JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Lazeez Shawarma located in Westwood Square at 7205 Goreway Dr, Mississauga ON L4T 1T7, is recruiting for the position of FULL TIME Restaurant Supervisor. JOB DUTIES:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff
- Requisition ingredients & supplies based on set par levels
- Ensure company standards, guidelines and specs are followed when preparing orders for our guests.
- Ensure a clean environment through regular clean up
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Maintain records of sales, stocks, wastage, breakage & repairs
- Train staff in job duties, health, hygiene & safety standards
- Ensure that food and service meet company standards
- Ensure staff adheres to recipes & portion sizes to meet the Brand Standards
- Assist managers in preparing weekly staff schedules.
- Counting and balancing of cash sheets and floats.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 1-year or more
- Education: High School
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
- Wages: $19.50/hour
- 30-45 hours/week
