JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Lazeez Shawarma located in Westwood Square at 7205 Goreway Dr, Mississauga ON L4T 1T7, is recruiting for the position of FULL TIME Restaurant Supervisor.  If you are currently working on developing a career in the Food and Hospitality Industry, come work at Lazeez and get paid for building a great future.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff
  • Requisition ingredients & supplies based on set par levels
  • Ensure company standards, guidelines and specs are followed when preparing orders for our guests.
  • Ensure a clean environment through regular clean up
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Maintain records of sales, stocks, wastage, breakage & repairs
  • Train staff in job duties, health, hygiene & safety standards
  • Ensure that food and service meet company standards
  • Ensure staff adheres to recipes & portion sizes to meet the Brand Standards
  • Assist managers in preparing weekly staff schedules.
  • Counting and balancing of cash sheets and floats.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 1-year or more
  • Education: High School

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

  • Wages: $19.50/hour
  • 30-45 hours/week
