A.S.I. Dream Homes & Painting Ltd. is a Painting & Home renovation Contractors. We are looking for a “Painter” to join our company located in Surrey.
Position: Painter

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: $25/ hour for 40 hours per week
Language: English
Education: High School required, college diploma an asset.
Experience: 3 -5 years in the same or related industry.
Location: 13317 84 AVENUE, SURREY,BC, V3W 3H1
Specific Skills:
- Help customers decide colours and choice of wall covering suitable to the area.
- Measure, cut and apply wallpaper and other fabrics to the wall.
- Repair the cracks and holes before applying the colour.
- Prepare, clean and sand surfaces the area to be panted.
- Efficient enough to mix the paint to desire colour and texture as per the decision taken by the client and the appointed personal.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging.
- Apply pain, spray finishing, do straining, walpaper and other materials as per the instructions.
- Apply finishes to interior and exterior surface.
Equipment and Machinery Experience:
Roller painting; Patterned rollers; Conventional spray painting; Brush painting; Multi-ratio pump spraying

Outdoors, Indoors; At heights
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Physically demanding; Attention to detail; Hand-eye co-ordination; Ability to distinguish between colours; Bending, crouching, kneeling
