Job Duties:
- Prepare bread, muffins, cookies, and other baked products.
- Decorate baked goods with frostings and other toppings.
- Schedule and supervise back-of-house staff.
- Oversee back-of-house operations.
- Follows Tim Horton's standards and guidelines when preparing products.
- Completes all logs as per standards.
- Monitors fridge/ freezer product inventory and submits order quantities.
- Supports a clean environment through regular clean up
- May hire and train baking staff.
