Job Responsibilities:
- Helps a lead stylist with daily tasks.
- Shampoo, condition, and dry customers' hair with the supervision of the stylist.
- Assist hairstylists as directed.
- Gathering supplies.
- Mixing colors and Shampooing hair.
- Sterilizing tools.
- Greet clients and schedule appointments.
- Keep work areas clean.
- Sweep, sanitize, and disinfect the salon premises on a daily basis.
- Update customers on current beauty products and items.
- Maintain and manage the inventory of products and items.
- Ensure total customer satisfaction through salon services.
- Wash and sanitize linens, salon tools, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance of salon policies, practices, and procedures.
- Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services, and schedule appointments based on availability.
- Inform clients about new services and discounts.
- Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area.
