Job Title: Service Technician – Electrical Appliances
Wage Rate: $22 Hourly
Language: English
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role is required
Start date of employment: As soon as Possible
Minimum Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Positions Available: 1
Job Type: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Job Location: 2114 Castle Drive Whistler, BC V8E 0A6
Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, and repair various household electrical appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, and air conditioning units etc
Swiftly respond to customer calls regarding issues or malfunctions
Evaluate and troubleshoot problems
User product manuals or reference schematic drawings to repair the faulty equipment
Replace components of the appliances using various tools
Provide repair options, estimates, and timeframes to customers, taking into account any product warranties they have
Complete billing and invoicing paperwork
Stay up-to-date on the latest appliance technology and parts
Perform various tests to check the performance level of the appliances using electrical testing equipments.
