Job Duties:
- Develop, review and implement policies and procedures for the operations of the establishment.
- Prepare estimates and keep track of income and expenditures.
- Participate in the development of marketing and pricing strategies.
- Negotiate the provision of products and services with manufacturers.
- Recruit, oversee, and conduct staff training.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- May perform duties of the supervisor.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
