Title of position: 2 Farm Supervisor

Terms of employment: Full time, year-round work

Duties:

• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.

• Supervise harvest operations.

• Develop work schedules and establish procedures.

• Maintain and monitor the quality control and prepared production records.

• Ability to take the necessary steps to improve the farm operation as well as the crop.

• Train general farm workers on farm procedures.

• Perform general farm duties as required.

Wages: $ 18/hr based on 40 hrs a week

Work setting: On-farm,Chilliwack bc

Skills requirement and Experience:

• Heavy lifting required.

• Minimum 2 year experience as farm supervisor is required.

• Ability to work long hours, early mornings and weekends as required.

• Ability to work outdoors in ALL weather conditions.
