Residential Development (Construction Utilities )
Looking to hire Cement/concrete Masons (2) , who are willing to start work as soon as possible , Work will be all over BC , sites for work can vary accordingly . Lower Mainland , Fraser valley .

Language - English
Wage - $28.10 cad per hour
Hours of work - 40 per week
Experience - 2-3 years of experience in a related field
Additional Skills : Will be working for long , monotonous routine , inside and outdoor , candidate will be lifting some heavy tools , weight as well . Candidate should have around 2-3 years of work experience in Construction stream.
Job Duties of a Mason :
Dealing with all sort of construction related finishing jobs.
Smoothing the surfaces , for paint and concrete surfaces with use of hand and power machines.
Working with construction companies , cement & concrete contractors .
Working on concrete surfaces , to take care of damp and waterproof surfaces.
Install & maintain various masonry structures.
Mixing of cement & concrete mixtures with hoes , cement mixing equipment.
Work on filling holes and hollow spots with fresh & smoothly prepared concrete.
Cutting , breaking bricks and concrete using hammers , drills, paving brakers , powdered saws etc
Will be working on fabrication , repair & maintenance of ceilings, roads, sidewalks, patios, sinks, countertops, stairs , floors, curbs, sidewalks.
Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials and direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade
Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures in freshly poured concrete.
